State Park Blonde Ale: Celebrate Community with Tennessee Brew

Celebrate the Spirit of Community with State Park Blonde Ale

Tennessee Brew Works has long been a generous contributor to the local community. they host year-round events like collaborations with Black-owned beer and spirits companies, live music performances, and block parties such as their annual Cajun Boil and Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon afterparty. Their commitment extends to the Tennessee State Parks system, demonstrated through their State Park Blonde ale.

The Success of State Park Blonde Ale

The State Park Blonde Ale has achieved tremendous success, raising almost $50,000 since 2018 for The Tennessee State Parks Conservancy. This statewide nonprofit supports projects and programs that contribute to the long-term health of Tennessee lands and communities. Now, Tennessee Brew Works is taking their partnership further with the release of the new State Park Variety pack.

Introducing the State Park Variety Pack

The new State Park Variety Pack includes a mixed 12-pack of Tennessee State Parks-themed 12-ounce canned craft beers. In addition to the State Park Blonde, the variety pack FEATURES:

  • Paris Landing Amber
  • Fall Creek Falls Grapefruit Kölsch
  • Cumberland Mountain Session IPA

You can find the State Park Variety Pack at Paris Landing State Park, Montgomery Bell State Park, Fall Creek Falls State Park, and many other parks and state park golf courses across Tennessee.

Words from the Founder

I spoke with Tennessee Brew Works founder Christian Spears about the new program, and he is quite pleased with its progress. While some may question the partnership between state parks and a brewery, Spears is proud of their accomplishments.

“We’ve really been getting the message out there about the parks,” says Spears. “We want to emphasize that beer builds community, but that it also comes with responsibility. It’s been helpful with connecting with younger people.”

Supporting Tennessee State Parks

If a visit to a state park isn’t in your immediate plans, don’t worry. You can still enjoy the State Park Variety Pack beers at the Tennessee Brew Works taproom located at 809 Ewing Ave. These beers are available in both cans and on draft. Additionally, Tennessee Brew Works is furthering their commitment to the Tennessee State Parks Conservancy by donating proceeds from Sunday beer sales at their taproom until the end of June.

Spend Your Sundays at Tennessee Brew Works

Spend a lazy Sunday at the taproom or enjoy a beer at one of our state parks. Either way, you’ll be helping to support a Tennessee treasure!
